I founded Lawrence Enterprise in 2020 with a clear focus: identify real estate investment opportunities and connect them with the right funding partners. Not as a licensed realtor or agent, but as a strategic connector who understands both sides of the deal.
Through my network of banks, credit unions, and private lenders, I help investors access capital for property acquisitions, renovations, and development projects. I also work with property owners who need to sell or partner on distressed assets, undervalued properties, and development opportunities.
Based in Savannah, Georgia, I focus on the Southeast market, building relationships with funding sources and identifying deals that create value for investors and property owners alike. My role is to find opportunities, make connections, and help structure partnerships that work.
